One Canada Square

Light installation commissioned to celebrate Christmas 1997; the tower, designed by Cesar Pelli, is part of the Canary Wharf development in London's Docklands.

The massive 550kW installation presented logistical challenges, working at the top of the highest building in Britain - 50 floors, 800 feet up. The technical production was a collaboration with Simon Byford.

Microsoft and The Daily Telegraph made a TV commercial based on the lighting, changing the colours to match the Microsoft corporate ID.
